Sea Salted Cream (Dairy)
Ingredients are: soft cheese, condensed milk, whipped cream, milk and a pinch of sea salt.
It has a creamy and foamy texture with a tang of sea salt savouriness.
Tapioca Pearls
Tapioca balls (also known as boba) are translucent spheres produced from tapioca, a starch extracted from the cassava root.
It’s rolled into a ball shape and cooked in sugar water so it gives a bit of a chewy texture which is delicious when paired with either tea or coffee.
Tea Jelly
Tea jelly is made from natural green tea powder with a hint of jasmine. The texture of this jelly is tender and is a beautiful addition to your drink.
Recommended drinks to pair with are jasmine tea with Mango or Peach flavour. You could also enjoy this with pure black tea.
Coconut Jelly
This coconut jelly is made of 70% of natural coconut pulp in light syrup. Slightly chewy and silky texture.
The coconut flavour gives you a tropical, summery feeling. It’s suitable for any of the cold brew beverages on Bubbleffea’s menu.
Coffee Jelly
The silky Konjac jellies enriches the taste and texture of cold brewed coffee based drinks.
The jelly is slightly chewy and similar to tapioca pearl in firmness. Recommended to add in Ice Americano or Ice Milk Coffee.

A perfect blend of natural taro powder and milk powder. It’s creamy and the texture is silky. Melts fast, a great topping choice on an Ice Milk Black Tea.
